Just the history of it (e.g. When was it put in? Where? When does it play...etc)

Sorry to burst your bubble, it's not a Bell or even bells but a set of speakers that are mounted on top of Ladd Hall, you can see them. They are all controlled by a computer. A couple of years ago before Christmas Break I heard them sing Jingle Bells once. Haven't heard anything but the same song since. It plays every hour on the hour from I think 7am to 6pm. Sorry, I don't have any idea when it was put in.
